• Provide Specific Details: When reporting, please include the exact circumstances that led to the issue. For example:
  • Were you in a specific area or engaging in a specific activity?
  • Did any error messages appear, and if so, what did they say?
  • What were you doing just before the disconnect or crash occurred?
• Distinguish Between DC and CC:
  • A disconnect (DC) happens when you lose connection to the server but your game remains open.
  • A crash client (CC) refers to the game application suddenly closing or freezing, forcing you to restart it.
    Knowing the difference will help us identify whether the issue is related to connectivity, the client itself, or something else entirely.
• Replication Steps: If you’ve discovered a reliable way to trigger a disconnect or crash, please share it with us. Replicating the issue on our end is one of the most effective ways to diagnose and address it.
