Hello Khanatics,

As we all know, there has been a bug with the quests for awhile now. Unfortunately we haven't really been able to address it properly. But we'd like to address it now. Here are some guidelines on dealing with quest bugs.

WHAT ARE QUEST BUGS?

A quest is considered bug when:

• A quest suddenly disappears from your In Progress list.
• Monster Hunter kill counter resets back to 0.
• You are able to retake a quest that has already been completed when it shouldn't be repeatable.

WHAT CAN I DO?

If you encounter a quest bug, what you can do depends on the kind of bug that happened. Here are some:

• If a quest suddenly disappears from yourIn Progress list: Report it immedietely so we can try to recover the quests. (not guaranteed but worth a try)
• If a monster hunter kill counter resets: Report it immedietely so we can try to recover the quests. (not guaranteed but worth a try)
• If you are able to take a quest you already completed and have already claimed the reward: Do not take it again or you will be banned.

Remember to always let us know if you encounter a bug.
